At RVM ecommerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer an easy return process in accordance with our policy outlined below.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

 


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Restocking Fee

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 


 

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable 

  • Any restocking fees or handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 


 

7. Exchanges

We currently do offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 


 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • Your order number

We will replace or refund your item at no extra cost to you.

 


 

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank — processing time may vary

Where It Began

Ivy and Rose started with something simple, a mother and daughter with a shared desire to create jewelry that feels truly personal. What began as a small, handmade idea grew gradually and organically, one piece at a time. There was no big launch or perfectly mapped-out plan. Just late nights, exchanged ideas, and a quiet belief that jewellery can express what words sometimes cannot. That belief still shapes everything we create today. Each piece is made with intention, carefully formed and designed to carry meaning something she can hold onto and keep close, always.

We don’t believe that meaningful pieces should ever be mass-produced. That’s why our collections are made in small batches, allowing each piece to receive the time and attention it truly deserves. Every Ivy and Rose order is thoughtfully packaged and ready to be gifted. We keep everything minimal, reusable, and intentionally designed from soft boxes to subtle textures, each detail is meant to be kept, not thrown away. If you’re sending it as a gift, we’re happy to include a handwritten note, making it feel just as personal as the piece inside.
