Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

  • Order processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 


 

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.

3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.

 


 

4. Shipping Days

Orders are shipped on Monday to Friday We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

 


 

5. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Where It Began

Ivy and Rose started with something simple, a mother and daughter with a shared desire to create jewelry that feels truly personal. What began as a small, handmade idea grew gradually and organically, one piece at a time. There was no big launch or perfectly mapped-out plan. Just late nights, exchanged ideas, and a quiet belief that jewellery can express what words sometimes cannot. That belief still shapes everything we create today. Each piece is made with intention, carefully formed and designed to carry meaning something she can hold onto and keep close, always.
